We understand that there are occasions where your enquiry needs an quick response. You may need urgent support, or you may wish to discuss a matter in confidence with one our team to understand your options and how we can assist you. If your enquiry falls outside of our normal business hours, P.E.L Consultancy services operate an out of hours service.
OUT OF HOURS PRIVATE DETECTIVE SERVICES
Our usual opening hours are 6pm – 8.30am, but we have an out-of-hours private detective on duty at all times, meaning we’re available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
We can provide immediate out of hours services anywhere in the UK, or set instant operations in motion across Europe and worldwide, via our trusted private detectives on the ground in over sixty countries.
HOW IT WORKS
Our standard working hours are 8:30 am – 6 pm (GMT), Monday – Friday.
To access our out-of-hours service, follow these steps:
1. Phone us on +44 (0)203 925 0609 (6pm – 08:30am)
2. Connect with the private detective on duty who will handle your enquiry
OUT OF HOURS SERVICE FEES
We charge a standard £250 fee for an out of hours telephone consultation. This is payable upon connecting with the private detective on duty. This £250 is deducted from your overall fees if you do go ahead and instruct us.
We then charge a standard minimum £1000 fee if what you require begins immediately, out of hours. Again this is factored into your overall fee. I.e. An operation with £2000 overall fees would require only an additional £1000 payment.

If your enquiry is less urgent, the following options are available to you at all times:
- Wait until the next working day and make contact with us for a standard consultation.
- Send an email out-of-hours. We’ll endeavour to respond the next working day.
